Configure regular scans of devices and the network for malware.

This is extremely easily to setup once you have some form of anti-virus or anti-malware installed on your network as most applications will support regular, scheduled scans. Check the individual websites for your anti-malware to set this up. Consider a weekly or in some cases, up to daily scan of your network.
