Ensure devices and software (especially antivirus) are set to auto update

The most commonly exploited devices are outdated and as a result are not supported with updates. Don't be a victim, maintain your devices by applying the newest updates to minimise your chances of being attacked. Several famous attacks such as WannaCry have exploited out dated or legacy systems and caused billions in damages.
