Implement MFA, where avaliable

Where enforceable, ask staff members to provide multiple forms of authentication for applications. These can be in the form of SMS Tokens, hardware one-time-passwords (OTP), or email OTP. Regardless of the type of authentication, more can mean increased security for your system.
